Show day
Everything on this page fits in five minutes. Print it, or keep it open on your phone next to the podium.
The night before
- Run the deck once for yourself. Present to an empty room and vote from your own phone. This catches a mistyped option or an over-short countdown before anyone else sees it.
- Put the QR code on your opening slide. Latecomers can always type the 5-digit code at doppio.us instead.
- Check the presenting machine. It needs Chrome, the Doppio extension, and the same Google account you use in Slides, signed in and ready.
At the podium
- Plug in. Present from a machine that stays awake and online; a sleeping laptop ends the show for newcomers after about ten minutes.
- Open the deck in Chrome and click the Doppio extension icon.
- Press Start Presentation shortly before you invite the scan. Anyone who scans early sees a waiting screen that holds for two minutes before asking them to try again.
Mid-talk rescue card

| The chart is missing from a slide | Open the Doppio sidebar: Re-add chart puts it back, or Suspend poll benches the poll for this run. |
| The room is bigger than 25 (free tier) | Keep going. The first overage is never interrupted; everyone joins and votes, and you settle it after the show. See Plans & limits. |
| Bars holding at zero during a poll | If Show results live is off for that poll, that's the reveal working. They fill when the countdown ends. |
Packing up
Press Stop Presentation. It closes voting, ends the session, and files the results in your dashboard. Make it part of the ritual, like taking the clicker out of your pocket.
