Doppio's free tier is built to be genuinely useful, not a demo. Every feature in these docs (polls, takeaways, themes, the dashboard, CSV export) works on the free plan. The one thing that's metered is audience size.

The free tier

Free sessions are sized for up to 25 participants. That covers a classroom, a workshop, or a team meeting comfortably.

Doppio never pulls the rug out mid-presentation:

• The first time a session goes over 25, nothing is interrupted. Everyone joins, everyone votes, the whole room is counted. Doppio simply notes that the session ran over.
• Until that overage is settled, later sessions are capped firmly: participant number 26 can't join until you've cleared it.

Settling an overage

Two ways:

• An Event Pass. A one-time credit that covers a full-size session on the free plan. Buy them individually or in bulk, and Doppio redeems one automatically the next time you start presenting. Nothing to remember on the day.
• Upgrade to Pro. Pro sessions have no participant cap at all.

Pro

Pro removes the audience ceiling: present to as many phones as the venue holds. Everything else, from polls and takeaways to theming, analytics, and exports, is already included free.

Not sure which you need?

Run your first sessions free. If your rooms are regularly bigger than 25, Pro pays for itself; if you just have the occasional big event, an Event Pass covers it.
